Roopinder,

Has Dassault come right out and made any concrete commitments about Dassault preserving the Parasolids version of SW and continuing development of it? Have they committed to a time frame for this version of SW and have they committed to a finite time frame for autonomous seats? I am sure by now people are looking for more than nebulous promises.

As Evan Yares pointed out on Twitter, there is a significant lack of details so far on SolidWorks Mechanical Conceptual. Hopefully this will change before SolidWorks World 2013 is over.

I'm not real happy about how Dassault has very sloooooooooooowly let out details on SolidWorks V6 now called SolidWorks Mechanical Conceptual. Dassault obviously likes playing games. I don't think the CADCAM press has the nuts to really go after Dassault hard about this. For sure, most CADCAM uses don't.
