Annon, I think the point is that this is such a pultry some for such a large company that it is almost pointless as a Poision Pill. Now, if they set up $100 million to be divided among the employees, plus another $100 for the Board, then that is a serious poison pill.

Wow, that's almost nonsensical. The benefit from the stock sale wouldn't be enough? Then again, its PTC.
