McEleney Steps Down;
Ray to Run SolidWorks

John McEleney is resigning as CEO of SolidWorks in order to get married and spend time with his ailing father. He will continue as a director on the company's board.

Replacing him is Jeff Ray, the current chief operating officer, who had been positioned to take over from Mr McEleney. Mr Ray is the company's third ceo.
