DASTY
Up 14%

Dassault Systemes reports Q2 revenues up 14% over a year ago -- or it would, if foreign currencies would stay still. Instead, actual revenues grew 9%, the smaller number due to the strength of the Euro and the weakness of the US$.

Revenues were e305.7 million, about US$420 million. Behind the rosy numbers, the company suffers from the same fate as PTC: "New licenses revenue decreased year over year, but would have been up excluding the large customer transaction of the year-ago period." Darn those lack of large-customer orders!

The company expects to earn e1.285 - 1.30 billion this fiscal year (about US$1.7 billion). Details here.
