Nemetschek Ups Ownership
of Graphisoft

Budapest Business Journal reports that Nemetschek has increased its ownership of Graphisoft by buying more shares, spluging US$45 million. Last December, the German CAD company owned 54% of the Hungarian CAD company; today it owns 91%.

At this rate, it will own 128% of the company by the summer-- [No, Ralph, that's not how it works. -Editor.]

Meanwhile, the EU says it promises to decide on Seimens' acquisition of UGS by April 30.
