Royal Farros and Greyhawk Capital Management purchased all the CAD software from Broadcaster (formerly IMSI), such as TurboCAD, DesignCAD, and FloorPlan. The new company is named IMSI/Design, with Farros as ceo. No layoffs are anticipated. New URL is www.IMSIdesign.com.
