McEleney Against Something or Other

SolidWorks ceo McEleney's name appears in the middle of an article from Business Report:

Another chief executive, John McEleney of SolidWorks, urged the Supreme Court not to allow expanded copyright lawsuits against manufacturers of file-sharing software popular for stealing music and movies over the Internet.

I can't say I understand what the sentence means.

Wow, what a horribly written sentence. In fact the whole article as a whole is horrible. The part about John has nothing to do with the rest of the article. They need to get some new writers.

It's a year old, and, so far as I can tell, is related to the Grokster case.
