Over on Is CAM part of high-end CAD? Evan Yares speculates on which CAM vendor Autodesk should buy. Actually, he doesn't think any of the many companies should be snapped up by Autodesk, but if you were to put a boot to his head, Evan figures MCS would be the best choice of the lot -- especially now that UGS has snubbed MCS.

I think autodesk should go of VX CAM Software.If you never heard of VX Software, just go through its site.Its really simple, easy to learn with powerfull tools.
