Informative Graphics has a free file viewer with these features:

- Supports TIFF, PDF and CSF
- Handles documents as big as oversized CAD drawings
- Find Search/Find (CSF files only)
- Hyperlinks (CSF files only)
- CAD layering, attributes, measure, print to scale (CSF files only)

The CSF format is Informative Graphics own "content sealed format" for securely viewing and sending CAD and other files over the Internet. It gets generated by Net-it software.
