3D PDFs from MicroStation

Bentley Systems has a new Web page that features animated 3D scenes created by MicroStation, exported in U3D format, and then imported into PDF documents.

The Web page, Interactive 3D Within Adobe PDF, has a link for downloading Acrobat Reader 7, as well as these scenes:

* Flyover of a digital terrain model (2MB PDF file)
* Helicopter approach to an office building (3MB)
* Roadway animation with an elevation drape (4MB)
* Construction animation for the installation of a storage tank (2MB)
* South Beach Motors headquarters (1.5MB)

I Am Intreseted in 3d animation

Hi,

I have some PDF files with embedded U3D models of some steel structures at http://cic.nist.gov/vrml/cis2.html
